Planning Committee

The Planning Committee is responsible for considering and commenting on local planning applications to the local planning authority.  Oulton Broad Parish Council can only make recommendations to the District Council and Broads Authority.  Meetings are held fortnightly  on Mondays. Agendas are normally published at least 3 days before a meeting. Draft minutes are published soon after a meeting and agreed at the following meeting.  Normally if the need demands, we meet first and third Mondays, if in receipt of applications.
